Overview

BacStage is a platform that connects followers and influencers through messaging, video calls, bookings, and other account-related services.

SMS communications are used solely for account verification, account security, call scheduling, booking notifications, transaction updates, account alerts, and other service-related communications.

BacStage does not use this campaign to send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Registration & SMS Consent Flow

  1. User visits the registration page.
  2. User provides a mobile phone number.
  3. User accepts the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  4. User explicitly agrees to receive account-related SMS communications through a dedicated consent checkbox.
  5. User receives an OTP verification code to verify ownership of the provided phone number.
  6. User may manage notification preferences from profile settings after registration.

SMS Consent Language

I agree to receive account-related SMS messages from BacStage, including account verification codes, security alerts, call reminders, account notifications, transaction updates, and service-related communications.

Notification Preferences

Users may manage notification preferences from their profile settings after registration.

Notification Settings
Certain account verification, security, fraud prevention, and password recovery messages may continue to be delivered when necessary to maintain account access and security.

Opt-Out & Support

Users may opt out of optional SMS notifications by:

  1. Replying STOP to any SMS message.
  2. Managing notification preferences from profile settings.

Users may request assistance by replying HELP to any SMS message.

BacStage: Your verification code is 482193. This code expires in 10 minutes.
BacStage: Your scheduled video call starts in 15 minutes.
BacStage: You have received a new message from a user.
